Yet despite these investments, many unknowns still remain, including how to effectively leverage connected device data to enhance product offerings. In this session ReMark, a global marketing consultancy specializing in insurance, and Plug & Play, a global innovation platform, will come together to explore best practices for utilizing connected devices in order to deliver more personalized insurance solutions. With the findings, it has been possible to identify and prioritize the financial concerns of consumers, allowing them to be related to aspects of value that influence financial decision-making and the acquisition of life insurance products. Finally, we will take a look at the journey of the customer's experience and the characteristic touchpoints associated with life products.
