Field Development & Performance Committee Resources

Welcome to LIMRA's Field Development and Performance Committee resource site.

This committee comprises heads of field management or agency development, field training officers, and those charged with learning initiatives affecting the field. We meet regularly to discuss best practices and exchange new ideas for enhancing agency performance. The committee also advises LIMRA on industry needs for seminars, training programs, special projects, and other services to aid member companies in recruiting, training, and improving performance of field personnel.
