Account Management Study Group
This study group provides a forum for member companies selling workplace benefits to come together in an informal setting to share ideas, discuss the trends that are affecting the Account Management function, and network with their peers at other organizations.
Target Membership: The person primarily responsible for directing account management activities related to workplace benefits (such as the head of account management, or a head of sales or service who has responsibility for account managers). Up to two individuals from the same company may attend, if they represent different areas of responsibility. Officer-level attendees are encouraged for this peer-level study group.
Typical Topics Discussed: Organizational structure, recruiting, training, technology, productivity/metrics, regulations, client expectations, working with third parties.
