Customer Experience Study Group
The group was established to provide a forum for member company executives responsible for customer-focused initiatives to share information and network with like peers. In addition, this group will provide guidance to LIMRA regarding appropriate research and commercial solutions related to the broad area of customer insight. Members will be expected to participate in networking meetings and may be asked on occasion to serve as a voice to the industry to share leading edge thinking on the topic.
