Voluntary Benefits Study Group
This study group provides a forum for LIMRA member companies in the Workplace Benefits industry to come together and discuss issues, trends, challenges, and opportunities related to voluntary (employee-paid) benefits.
Target Membership: Study group members represent nonmedical workplace benefits carriers in the United States that are members of LIMRA. The ideal candidate for the study group is a senior-level individual who is responsible for and has strategic oversight for growing voluntary (employee-paid) benefits. Attendees should have a broad level of experience in all of the following: strategy, market approach, products, operations, and risk management. All participants should be very experienced in their field, as we will discuss the evolution of voluntary benefits. As this is a peer level study group, we encourage officer level attendees. All attendees are expected to be active participants in all discussions.
Typical Topics Discussed: The format is a roundtable, open discussion. The agenda will be built from the topics that are submitted on the registration form by the study group participants. Please note: each participant is required to submit at least two topics for discussion. Moderators will lead the discussion sessions. This meeting is your opportunity to discuss issues, trends, challenges, and opportunities as they relate to voluntary (employee-paid) benefits.
