The Enrollment Technology Study Group provides a forum for LIMRA member companies in the Group and Worksite/Voluntary Benefits sector to collaborate on enrollment technology strategies. The group addresses challenges, opportunities, and solutions related to capabilities, immediate needs, long-term planning, in-house and third-party technologies, and vendor relationships. The group will also contribute to LIMRA seminars and conference content.

Target Membership: This peer-level study group is comprised of experienced professionals from the Group and Worksite/Voluntary Benefits divisions of LIMRA member companies. Participants must possess expertise in and be responsible for one or more of the following: • Strategic planning for long-term enrollment technology • Management, operational oversight, and/or stewardship of enrollment technology vendors • Development and maintenance of proprietary enrollment systems • Integration and onboarding of administrative, billing, data, and/or enrollment technology platforms Each LIMRA member company is limited to two participants to ensure focused discussions and effective collaboration. Members are expected to attend regularly, contribute actively to discussions, and apply insights gained to drive improvements within their organizations. The study group meets virtually on Tuesdays at least six (6) times per year, with one additional in-person meeting during the annual Enrollment Technology Strategy Seminar held during the first quarter of each year.

Typical Topics Discussed: To provide a forum for LIMRA member companies in the Group and Worksite/Voluntary Benefits arena to get together and discuss the unique challenges, opportunities and solutions in the enrollment technology space of voluntary benefits. The focus includes, but will not be limited to, capabilities, immediate needs, long-term strategies, in-house technologies, third-party technologies, and relationship management. Furthermore, the group may be asked to assist in providing input to session content for LIMRA seminars and conferences with subject matter in this area. As this is a peer level study group, we encourage officer level attendees. All participants are expected to be an active participant in all discussions.
