Seminar Purpose:
To provide a forum for LIMRA member insurance companies and technology service providers to participate in an open discussion on how to cohesively work together and define better outcomes. Goal is to connect the participants with peers and technology purveyors to learn, network and share innovative ideas to help identify potential solutions to existing challenges.
Janice joined ADP in 2013 and is currently the Product Owner for the development and delivery of ADP’s Carrier Enrollment Services (CES), Dependent Verification Services (DVS) and Evidence of Insurability (EOI) product suites.
With 25+ years of experience in employee benefits administration & consulting, Janice has supported clients’ needs in multiple industries including health care, financial services, manufacturing and governmental services.
She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee and her Masters of Business Administration from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Over the past 5+ years, Daniel has combined software engineering skills with policy and intelligence analysis methodologies to solve problems and bridge the gaps between compliance, policies, and technology. The blending of his engineering and structured analytical skill sets have enabled Daniel to bring tremendous value to the private sector as he has led cybersecurity, information technology, and business operation strategies for healthcare and financial technology companies.
Currently, at Namely Inc., Daniel serves as Sr. Director in the Engineering Department where he leads several teams. During his time at Namely Inc., Daniel has helped scale the organization's Cybersecurity, IT and business operations. Specifically, on the compliance side, he led Namely Inc. through the development and implementation of service organization controls in preparation for its first SSAE 16/18 audit and final report.
Corporate Information Security Officer, SS&C Technologies, Inc.
Since 1997, Ms. McLaughlin serves as the Vice President of Information Security with SS&C Technologies. Lisa is a qualified Hacker (CEH), Information Security & Privacy Professional. A Wharton Institute graduate, Lisa is a FINRA® Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP).
Lisa has been a keynote speaker at many high-profile events and has been published in a number of industry publications including the WSJ (2015) and Pensions & Investments (2017) on the subject of security and regulation matters.
Christopher F. Petillo assists clients with litigation and compliance issues facing life and long-term insurers. In particular, Chris assists life carriers and annuity issuers and owners in litigation concerning broker fraud and misconduct, COI, lapse, civil RICO, and secondary market issues such as stranger-originated life insurance and non-recourse premium financing.
Issues related to privacy and cyber security are a significant part of Chris’s long-term care insurance and insurance coverage practice. Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Chris represented insurers in a variety of coverage litigation primarily relating to environmental claims and emerging risks under GL policies. He also assisted clients with allocation issues, lost policies, construction defect claims, and document retention issues.
Vice President, Financial Services Practice Lead, Forrester
Huard leads Forrester’s financial services consulting practice. His background includes work in insurance, banking, credit and lending, investing and wealth management, as well as a number of other industries. As practice lead, he supports client engagement teams ensuring a consistent and best-practices approach to solutions for the industry. Huard’s consulting experience is in customer experience, digital marketing, sales and service and enabling technologies, business technology strategies, and data for customer insights and action. Huard holds a B.S. and an M.S. in aerospace engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Sri is a Product Owner at ADP focusing on Benefits administration and enrollment systems. In his role as a Product Owner, he is currently working with various industry partners to build the integration between ADP’s flagship enrollment experience and provider systems for insurance products.
Prior to joining ADP in 2014, Sri worked in large enterprise systems in the financial services and telecommunications industry. He brings more than 20years of technology architecture and product development experience to his Product Management role which helps in assessing use of latest technology to solve big pain points for Benefits consumers.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA for any reason, LIMRA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before January 16, 2018, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from January 16, 2018 to January 30, 2018 will be refunded, less a $275 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after January 30, 2018.
