Patrick T. Leary, M.B.A., LLIF, is corporate vice president, workplace benefits research for LIMRA. This program provides research on the products, markets, and distribution of a wide range of life, health, and related employee benefits.
Before assuming his current position, Pat directed LIMRA’s distribution research program and, prior to that, was a member of LIMRA’s group insurance research team.
Pat joined LIMRA in 1989. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Hartwick College and his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Pat also earned his LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) designation in 2012.

Chris Morbelli is a Managing Director for EY’s US Insurance Consulting practice leading up the Life & Group transformation offering. He previously spent 20 years in the industry, most recently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations Transformation for a global insurance company driving group, benefits, life, and annuity transformations across multiple countries. He has extensive experience in both designing and leading large-scale Customer Experience and Operating Model transformation initiatives. Chris lives in the United States and has an MBA from the Rutgers Business School in finance.

Sean O’Donnell is responsible for developing and implementing LIMRA and LOMA’s member-engagement strategy in the U.S. and Canada. He leads a team of professionals dedicated to helping member-company executives and their teams fully leverage the research, member benefits, and commercial solutions available through LIMRA and LOMA. In addition, he is responsible for leading LIMRA and LOMA’s consulting business, working to help companies apply LIMRA and LOMA’s research and industry expertise to develop strategies for growth. Sean brings more than 25 years of marketing, sales, research, and organizational and consumer-behavior experience to his current role. Over the course of his career at LIMRA and LOMA, O’Donnell has worked with companies in all sectors of the insurance and financial services industry on a variety marketing, distribution, and product-related initiatives.

Plummer is accountable for driving solutions from ideation through development, as well as digital transformation strategy and execution. In addition to roles at Marsh & McLennan and Origami Risk, Plummer served 14-plus years at Guidewire, the leading provider of P&C insurance software solutions, spearheading product efforts for the company’s claims management and digital policy lifecycle products.
