2022 Group & Worksite Benefits Conference

The Future of Work

5/3/2022 - 5/5/2022
Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, Boston, MA

Overview

Who Attends

Executives and professionals responsible for the development, marketing, and distribution of group and worksite/voluntary benefits, including life, disability, critical illness, accident and other supplemental health products, dental, vision, and healthcare plans.

Highlights

We have moved this event to the spring to accommodate open enrollment season. If you haven't been able to attend in the past, this is the year to be there!

We’ve heard enough about how the pandemic has changed our industry – now is the time to bring the post-pandemic experience into focus. The worksite has taken the spotlight in national conversation: a remote workforce, changing models, and the great resignation have gone from niche to broad interests.

The 2022 Group and Worksite Benefits Conference will address how the industry is responding to the transformational changes in workplace benefits and what it means for carriers, brokers, and benefits technology providers.

We’ll explore the answers to questions like:

  • What are the drivers and implications of a remote workforce or a great resignation?
  • How will employees engage with employers moving forward?
  • What demands are developing for benefits and enrollments?
  • How can we rethink the benefits delivery and distribution models?
  • What solutions can we deliver to gig workers?

As we look through the lens of our theme, The Future of Work, you’ll hear about these key issues directly from executives in the benefits space. Together, we will explore new and innovative technologies and foster discussions on where to go from here. And as always, we'll bring you top-notch thought leaders and future-focused research findings.
