Today’s clients are not just more distracted. They are more distant and distressed. To compete, we must adapt — fast — to new ways of working. That’s why this high-impact keynote by award-winning storyteller and international keynote speaker, Debra Jasper, Ph.D., will show you how to:
• Save time and get faster responses with clear, compelling messaging • Make complex data and financials easier for your clients to understand and act upon • Create a compelling online presence that stands out from the crowd • Prepare not just for what’s now — but for what’s coming next (AI, charming chatbots, and more)
When you communicate with extreme clarity, you have maximum impact. This session will give you a step-by-step guide to breaking through.
The workplace is shifting yet again. At the height of the pandemic, people were flexible and leadership was compassionate. Some of that is changing now and impacting the ability to recruit, retain, and manage. How has your operation changed over the past three years and how will you adjust? In this session, we’ll discuss ways to be flexible and creative all while navigating the turbulence of the evolving workplace and propelling your team to new heights.
Together we can make a difference. Please join us as we support The Beacon, a local non-profit organization, by assembling summer essential packages for the homeless of Houston. Light refreshments have been generously donated by the Magnolia Hotel.
Through many fundamental shifts, one central constant remains — wholesalers are regarded as custodians of trust by both their carriers and the financial professionals with whom they partner. This interactive session will cover how today’s wholesalers can maintain that level of trust, provide actionable insights associated with product offerings, and demonstrate how sales engagement technologies can help them ride the tide of changes with their way of working.
CRMs, Salesforce add-ons, tools for training and onboarding, data analytics, and more are all open for conversation. How is technology used to guide your day-to-day operations, measure effectiveness, and quantify the value of your team? Groups can steer this discussion to wherever they want it to go!
