With over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, David has held various roles, including wholesaling, relationship management, and sales leadership. His extensive background and expertise continue to make a significant impact in his current role.

In her role at LPL Financial, Cathy interacts with top advisors, carrier partners, and executive leaders, focusing on sales trends, market shifts, and strategic agency positioning for LPL Insurance Associates. She is responsible for the growth and profitability of the life, long-term care, and disability sales efforts. Over the years, she has held progressive leadership roles where she managed internal and external wholesaling teams in the life insurance industry. Since joining LPL, she has led sales enablement efforts, built a dedicated sales team for a large institution, and provided leadership to the mentoring, change champions and digital innovation efforts within LPL.

With over 25 years of experience, Cathy is active in several industry groups including LIMRA’s Wholesaler Leadership Advisory Group and she is also an Advisor to the University of Tennessee Women in Leadership Program.

Amy is a financial services veteran with 15 years of industry experience. She joined Franklin Templeton in 2010 as a member of the sales team and was an Advisor Consultant covering Chicago, IL. In 2013, she joined the Franklin Templeton Academy to best leverage her passion and talent to educate others.

Mrs. Osborne designs, develops, and facilitates interactive training sessions for both internal and external partners, specializing in courses ranging from financial concepts to sales and presentation skills. Mrs. Osborne comes from a family of industry professionals and her practice management training has been lauded by financial advisors across the globe.

Vice President & Chief Information Officer and Regional CEO – Asia West , LIMRA and LOMA

As chief information officer for LIMRA and LOMA, Kartik Sakthivel is responsible for developing the information technology strategic direction for the enterprise. In this capacity, he directs and manages computing and information technology policies, programs and schedules for business and enterprise systems, and manages information services to meet LIMRA and LOMA’s corporate goals and objectives.

An industry thought leader, he champions the use of technology to improve the revenue, profitability, and efficiency of the organization. Joining LIMRA and LOMA in 2017, Sakthivel has broad industry experience, most recently as director of technology at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

He holds a doctorate in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on AI and Information Quality from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems/Information Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Renowned for his listening and speaking skills, as well as his energy, humor, and insights, he refines and strengthens his abilities by working with thousands of participants from various organizations.

With more than 20 years in financial services, where he excelled in sales, sales management, and executive roles, Hank transitioned to professional development. He founded his first firm in 2002, focusing on training and coaching in the financial services industry. In 2014, he established North Pointe Partners.

Jennifer Zimmerbrings over 25 years of experience, serving as the SVP of Internal Sales where she is responsible for the internal sales desk and management of internal-external sales relationships. In her previous role at Global Atlantic, she was the VP of Sales Development and Support, leading sales training, communications and project implementation. Prior to joining Global Atlantic, Jennifer was an internal wholesaler at ING for six years where she supported two successful territories.
