LIMRA's predictions can assist individuals throughout the organization. The information can guide executives, provide initiatives for strategic planners to consider, and inspire those with business line responsibilities.

This is a LIMRA member benefit webinar. Registration is open to home/corporate office employees of LIMRA member companies. Membership will be verified upon registration.

We are focusing on industry issues that will experience meaningful change in 2019, including individual products, consumers, and fraud. Some of our predictions take a global view. We will also share background information that helped form our predictions.

Kallenbach leads the Custom Research team, a group of professionals who leverage their industry knowledge and research expertise to develop tailored solutions to solve industry challenges. He has held several roles at LIMRA. Most recently, he directed LIMRA’s Strategic Research program, which provides insight into emerging issues affecting the industry. In addition, he also serves as the staff representative to LIMRA’s Strategy & Innovation Committee. With over 25 years of market and strategic research experience, he is a frequent speaker at industry forums and is a regular contributor to the trade press, including LIMRA’s flagship publication, LIMRA MarketFacts. He is a graduate of Bentley College and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Eric T. Sondergeld, ASA, CFA

Corporate Vice President and Director, LIMRA

Eric Sondergeld is corporate vice president and director at LIMRA, leading the technology research and developmental and strategic research teams. In this role, he is charged with ensuring LIMRA produces relevant research to help member companies effectively utilize technology, examines strategic issues that may impact the industry, and monitors trends in the global financial services marketplace. He spearheads efforts to expand LIMRA’s research and determine new ways to ensure the data keeps pace with industry changes. He has also led LIMRA’s retirement, distribution, and international research programs.

Sondergeld graduated from the University of Massachusetts.
