Philip has worked in life insurance for 39 years, spending 16 years in sales, marketing and customer service roles, before becoming a LIMRA consultant, working in the UK, continental Europe, Africa and Asia. He has worked with UK companies such as Prudential, Bradford & Bingley, Clerical Medical, NFU Mutual, Old Mutual, Towry and Swiss Re, and has also worked in Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Kenya, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. He advises companies on the effectiveness of their sales, marketing and customer service operations, and on remuneration. Philip has addressed conferences in the UK, Greece, Kenya, Poland, South Africa and Spain, and researched publications on sales force management, managing customers for long term profitability, and product management and development. Philip studied at the Universities of Leicester and Oxford, has an MBA from Cranfield University, and is a member of the Institute of Consulting.
