Who Should Join

This is a LIMRA/LOMA member benefit webinar, available to home/corporate office employees of LIMRA/LOMA member companies.

Highlights

Given the current environment of talent shortages and an ever-changing workplace, companies need to work even harder to attract, develop, and retain the best female employees. And let's be honest, women face unique challenges in the world of financial services — from both internal and external forces. Women employees and executives often face greater scrutiny, interference, and deselection, in addition to managing work and family demands. What strategies can women use, not only to survive, but also to thrive? Positive role models and champions, unique development plans, and specific communication tools are just the beginning.

Join us for a discussion of how women excel in financial services. This webinar includes a moderated conversation — with successful female executives from Prudential, Western & Southern, and Pacific Life — as well as time for audience interaction and questions.
