As workplace benefits organizations look ahead towards 2024 strategies, addressing employees' holistic retirement, insurance, and wellness needs has become crucial. Yet, many organizations often view these business lines separately. To thrive in the new world of work, forward-thinking organizations must develop a comprehensive understanding of workplace products, markets, distribution, regulations and more, not only within their own insurance or retirement plans business lines, but also across business lines and the entire workforce benefits industry.

Join LIMRA's subject matter experts for a discussion on the convergence of workplace benefits and the implications for organizational strategies today and in the future.
