Experiences including Chief Partnership Distribution Officer, Regional Partnership Business Development as well as roles in Health & Wellness. Prior to AIA, Richard worked for CHUBB Insurance based in Hong Kong. Having worked across Asian markets for nearly 25 years Richard has a breadth of experience across distribution, products and solutions required to advance the Life Insurance businesses. Richard has a Master of Business studies from Massey University of New Zealand and is based in Singapore with his family.
