WINDSOR,Conn., May 14, 2015 — LIMRA today announced that the 35th annual CaribbeanInsurance Conference will be held May 31-June 2, 2015, in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
“There aremany exciting developments right now in the Caribbean insurance industry,” saidIan Watts, senior vice president and managing director, InternationalOperations, LIMRA, LOMA and LL Global Inc. “We’ll take a look at themarketplace with laser focus, and those attending will come back to theiroffices with plenty of insights for success.”
With thetheme: “Proud of Our Past, Treasuring thePresent, Defining the Future,” the Caribbean Insurance Conference willfeature a mix of general sessions, panel discussions and networkingopportunities.
Sessions willcover topics including: TrustworthySelling®, a program based on LIMRA research and on field-testedtactics that teaches financial representatives the art and science of sales; theelements integral to a successful life insurance career; and finding andconnecting with today’s top sales candidates. Motivational speaker Derek Millswill deliver a keynote address.

The CaribbeanInsurance Conference is hosted by LIMRA, LOMA and the Insurance Association ofthe Caribbean (IAC). Attracting more than 500 people from nearly 40 countries, theconference will provide informative sessions and networking opportunities forCaribbean insurance actuaries, regulatory authorities, and educationalinstitutes, as well as others with an interest in the Caribbean insuranceindustry.
