LIMRA and LOMA Appoint Two New Board Members

WINDSOR, Conn., Aug. 8, 2024 — LL Global, the parent company of LIMRA and LOMA, today announced Sarah Mineau, senior vice president, Life, Health and Investment Planning Services, State Farm, and Bill White, senior vice president and general manager, Life Distribution and Service, USAA Life Insurance Company, have joined the LL Global board of directors in 2024 to complete the terms of other directors who were unable to fulfill the remainder of their elected terms.

The LL Global board provides oversight and guidance to LIMRA and LOMA to ensure the strategic direction continues to meet the changing needs of member companies.

Over the past 20 years, Mineau has served in many capacities at State Farm, including leadership positions in financial services, operations, strategy, marketing, and human resources. She was named vice president, Life, Health and Investment Planning Services in 2021 and was promoted to senior vice president of these lines in August 2024. Mineau holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

White joined USAA in 2013 and has led the life insurance, health, annuity, and investment product lines during his tenure. Prior to joining USAA, he held leadership roles at GE Capital and their spinoff, Genworth Financial. White is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served 25 years of combined active and reserve service before retiring as a Captain in 2015. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina.
