2025 Life Insurance and Annuity Conference Features Talent, Simplicity, and Innovation

WINDSOR, Conn., Feb. 25, 2025 — Leaders attending the 2025 Life Insurance and Annuity Conference will explore modern approaches to bring in new talent, simplify the customer experience, and innovate the life insurance and annuity industry. Co-hosted by LIMRA and LOMA, the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) and the Society of Actuaries (SOA), the event will be held March 31 – April 2 in New Orleans.

David Levenson, president and CEO, LIMRA and LOMA, will deliver the opening key-note session by exploring the transformative opportunities within the life and annuity industries, regulatory changes and innovative strategies leaders can use to propel growth.

Jon Carmichael, world-renowned astrophotographer, will inspire attendees to adopt a culture of curiosity, transform perceived limits, and reimagine what's possible.

Mallory Weggemann, four-time Paralympian and seven-time medalist, NBC Sports Olympics and Paralympics host; author and director, will share her personal story of resiliency to encourage leaders to embrace innovation and change.
Ross Bernstein, award-winning business speaker, and bestselling sports author will provide leaders with different philosophies on developing healthy and productive relationships in the workplace. Bernstein will also host an interactive workshop following his presentation.

This year’s breakout sessions will cover new trends and emerging technologies in both the life insurance and annuity markets, regulations around artificial intelligence, changes in compliance, and protecting both consumers and organizations from sophisticated fraud efforts.

This event typically attracts more than 500 leaders and practitioners involved in the development, operations, marketing, distribution, technology and administration of both individual life and annuity products.
