WINDSOR, Conn., March 19, 2025—The LIMRA 2025 Workplace Benefits Conference will be held in Boston from April 23 – 25 and focus on how the industry can continue to grow as demand for innovative products and comprehensive support systems increases.

“We are in a time of rapid change and evolving needs of both employers and employees,” Sean O’Donnell, senior vice president, head of membership and workplace benefits, LIMRA. “This event will gather industry leaders and allow us to explore new avenues which expand access to needed benefits while continuing to deliver value.”

Attendees will hear the new findings from the 2025 Harnessing Growth in Workforce Benefits study, conducted jointly by LIMRA and Ernst & Young LLP. Patrick Leary, corporate vice president, LIMRA Workplace Benefits Research, and Chris Morbelli, principal, EY US, will present the latest findings from the study including how products and services are evolving to meet the needs of a generationally diverse workforce.

Kim Landry, associate research director, LIMRA Workplace Benefits, will also present the 2025 BEAT Study: Benefits and Employee Attitude Tracker. Attending leaders will learn about benefit preferences, unmet needs, the most effective types of benefits communication, employee willingness to spend on benefits and plans to change jobs.

Erik Gray, digital integrations practice leader, WellFleet, will moderate an executive panel discussing the future of work and workplace benefits. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the most pressing issues facing the workplace benefits industry.

Concurrent sessions include practical uses of artificial intelligence, workplace broker and carrier relationships, retirement income decumulation strategies, key trends in enrollment technology, wellness programs and life and long-term care.
