Summary
This research is based on more than 1,400 private businesses with 10 or more employees that offer at least one optional/voluntary benefit to their workforce. The survey explores:
- The influence of both general and specific considerations when selecting carriers
- Satisfaction levels with voluntary benefit carriers' implementation, claims, and service execution
- The most important implementation and service features, and areas of the claims process where carriers can improve
- Carrier-provided online tools: How prevalent are the various options? Are they used when offered? How do employers perceive their quality?
