Eugene Noble is an Analyst with the LIMRA Secure Retirement Institute. In this role, he serves as project director for the Group Annuity Risk Transfer quarterly benchmarking survey and assists the unit with primary research projects. Noble joined LIMRA in June 2017. Prior to that, he earned his B.A. in psychology from Shawnee State University and his M.A. in psychology with a research methods & applied statistics concentration at Columbia University.
