Cassese has more than three decades of experience in the Insurance Industry, and is currently Independent Director of Supervielle Seguros, Argentina. He has also worked as Private Consultant since retiring from AIG in 2011. He held various positions with a large range of responsibilities over the course of his career, and in 1999 was promoted to Regional Vice President where he oversaw the Group Life & Health business in Latin America and was responsible for Strategic Planning, Distribution, and the Top and Bottom line results. In 2002 he took over as CEO of ALICO Argentina & Uruguay, and over the next eight years led both companies to excel as market leaders, pioneering the development of Mass Marketing of Accident & Health products. He earned his Certified Public Accountant & Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Bernardo Ferreira Castello es Superintendente Ejecutivo de Bradesco Vida e Previdência, y Presidente del Comité de Actuarios – CAT de FenaCap. Licenciado en ciencias actuariales de la UFRJ – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, y MBA Ejecutivo en finanzas de INSPER – Instituto de Educación e Investigación. Actualmente, Bernardo es un ejecutivo de la Organización Bradesco en el área de la técnica actuarial de vida y pensiones.
Gabriel Chaufan es Presidente de BBVA Seguros desde 2014, con un rol estratégico, institucional y de relación con el mercado. Antes de su posición actual, Gabriel fue Presidente, Gerente General y Miembro del Comité de Dirección de Banco Francés por Grupo BBVA Consolidar (2009-2014), y Gerente de Negocio Pensiones y Seguros (2003 – 2009). Antes de incorporarse a BBVA Seguros, trabajó en la Consultora de Estrategias “Roland Berger” y anteriormente se desempeñó como Director de Finanzas del Grupo Allianz en Argentina. Gabriel fue Presidente de AVIRA de 2007- 2009 y 2011-2013, donde fue un representante importante de la Entidad Gremial para las Compañías de Vida y Retiro de la República Argentina.
José María Fanelli holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires. He specializes in macroeconomics, currency and finance. He is a full professor of research at the University of San Andrés and the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET). He is professor of Macroeconomics at the University of Buenos Aires. He was Director of the Economics Career of the UBA and researcher of CEDES. He has led numerous international projects on his specialty and has published extensively in Argentina and abroad. He has worked for ECLAC, the IDB, the World Bank, The G-24, UNCTAD, IDRC and the Global Development Network. He received the KONEX Award, mention in Economic Development and is a member of the National Academy of Economic Sciences of Argentina.

Rodrigo Acuña Raimann es Ingeniero Comercial, mención Economía, de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, y tiene estudios de post-grado en Macroeconomía Aplicada de la misma Universidad. Es socio y presidente de PrimAmérica Consultores, empresa especializada en pensiones, seguros y ahorro. Además, cuenta con una amplia experiencia como ejecutivo de instituciones previsionales y financieras y como consultor internacional de gobiernos extranjeros, entidades multinacionales e inversionistas del sector privado en temas de programas de pensiones obligatorias y voluntarias, planes de ahorro y optimización del proceso de ahorro a largo plazo. Desde el año 2010 es asesor de la Federación Internacional de Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones, FIAP, y desde 2011 es profesor y director del Centro de Desarrollo Directivo de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, en el Diplomado de Inversiones para el Largo Plazo y el Retiro. También ha sido coordinador y autor de numerosas publicaciones dedicadas al análisis de los sistemas de pensiones y programas de ahorro, siendo las más recientes el libro “Contribución del Sistema Privado de Pensiones al Desarrollo Económico de Latinoamérica. Experiencias de Colombia, México, Chile y Perú”, el libro “Cómo Fortalecer los Sistemas de Pensiones Latinoamericanos: Experiencias, Lecciones y Propuestas,” y “El Aporte del Sistema de Capitalización Individual en Chile,” en el libro “Pensiones: Propuestas para el Futuro.”
Andrea Levy is an Electric Engineer from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro), with a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) on Aerospace Science at the Laboratory for Analysis and Architecture of Systems (LAAS) from the Université Paul Sabatier in Toulose, France. Mr. Levy has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Officer on Life and Pension companies, currently working at MONGERAL AEGON Seguros e Previdência. He participated on the elaboration of a chapter dedicated to the Brazilian insurance market on the Handbook of International Insurance — Between Global Dynamics and Local Contingencies of the Fox School of Business and Management — Temple University, USA and AUDENCIA Nantes School of Management, France, and has lectured to Masters and Undergraduate students at PUC-RJ as well as the Actuary Institute from IAPUC/IAG.
Hernan is a partner at PwC since 1998, focusing on
the Financial and Insurance Industries. His professional experience covers
various areas, including risk management, and particularly focused on Financial
Organizations (Banks and Insurance); studies, valuations and advice on the
actuarial aspects of the Insurance and Health business, Social Security
programs and Pension Plans. He has run many projects in Latinamerica: Colombia,
Chile, Brazil, Peru, Central America and Argentina. He is a Professor of Actuarial
Theory of Retirement Funds, Pensions Plans and Health Plans and other subjects
in the actuarial area at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He has
participated and has presented papers at various national and international
Congresses of Actuaries. He is a former Deputy-Director in the career of
Actuary in the School of Economic Sciences at the UBA; former Consejero and
current President of the Actuarial Commission for the Professional Council
in Economic Sciences for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. He is an Actuary
and Public Accountant (UBA) and has been an Associate of SOA since 1994.

Cuenta con 20 años de experiencia en el sector de las Afores, actualmente es Director de Operaciones y Servicios de la Asociación Mexicana de Afores.

Ana María is Mercer's Retirement Leader for Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. She leads a team of professionals developing social security analysis for individuals and companies, designing private corporate pension plans for employees and special plans for top executives, as well as valuation of defined benefit schemes. Ana Maria is also an expert on expatriate retirement programs and represents Mercer at the Organización Iberoamericana de Seguridad Social for South Latin American and at the Confederation de Previsions Social for the more than 26 different social security systems coexisting in Argentina. Ana Maria has worked with Argentinian retirement insurance companies since their creation in 1987; she actively participated in the creation of the IRA system as a consultant for the Argentinean senate, launching her business activity in May of 1994 and finally leading a multinational retirement and pension life insurance company for a well-known pension and life group.

Mauricio Zanatta has been Chairman and CEO of Prudential Seguros SA since November 2010. He joined Prudential in November 2001 as a Financial Manager and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in April 2005, where he was responsible for the Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Investment, Treasury, Planning, Management Information System and Actuarial functions. Before joining Prudential, Mr. Zanatta held roles at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and was the Chief Financial Officer for Allianz Group in Argentina. He was President of the Insurance Committee in AmCham (Chamber of Commerce of the United States in Argentina) from 2008 to 2010; and has been a member of the Board since 2010. Mr. Zanatta is a Public Accountant with a degree in Business Administration, from Universidad de Belgrano (UB), and also holds a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets (UCEMA).
