Rosaline supervised P&G factory lines in Iowa before working in 8 roles during her 8 years at Bankers Trust in NYC. She launched two dot-com start-ups in Asia, before moving to ACE Insurance. She also ran Mercer Marsh Benefits' 14 APAC countries, growing 800% over 8 years. Rosaline graduated from UCLA Cybernetics and Columbia Business School.
Dr. Junling Li co-founded Juliye Group with Mr. Jiman Zhu, Chairman of Harbin Gloria Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and Mr. Yihuo Ye, CEO of iYundong, in March 2014. Inspired by its mission of “May More Families Live Healthy”, Juliye aims to build up a cooperative diagnosis and treatment system and family-doctor network with the best services and efficiency in China. By linking experienced local physicians and top specialists in a centrally operated system, Juliye helps distribute advanced medical treatment technique to cover larger population, especially people outside metropolitan areas. In this process, by building a standard and disease-specific electronic medical record (EMR) data system, Juliye also paves way for commercial medical insurance business development.
Jamie is a major contributor to shaping Celent’s global insurance agenda, and has led the development of Celent’s innovation framework. His research focuses on IT strategy and the technology challenges facing the life and pensions market — contributing to the debate on core systems replacement, BPO strategies, the impact of regulation, and innovation management. Prior to joining Celent, Jamie was a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s management consulting practice, where he led engagements focused on helping clients align their IT strategy to their business goals. He was a key contributor to the development of the Insurance Core Systems Transformation proposition and the technology implications of the Retail Distribution Review Readiness proposition for the UK Life, Pensions and Wealth Management market. Greta has extensive experience with employee benefits, training and development, and consulting for health insurance companies in both China and the United States. Her current role with CIGNA has her consulting with multinational employers and insurers, assisting in the evolution of the insurance market in China through global initiatives, marketing for corporate events, and defining and implementing training programs for staff. Prior to joining Cigna, Greta worked as Mercer’s Health and Benefits Consulting Director for China where she oversaw the consulting projects for large clients in areas such as auditing, benchmarking, flex design, financial modeling, health and absence management and benefits review. She is a fully qualified actuary with well-developed consulting skills and expertise particularly in pricing, valuations and modeling of insured or self-insured medical, disability and other healthcare related programs. Greta graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Originally a commercial pilot, Steve specializes in introducing new business models, businesses and products, and has held senior roles at leading corporations throughout Asia. He has filed six patents in FinTech, and managed an impressive list of projects throughout his career, including developing and patenting the first mobile payments platform for Citigroup, and leading a nine-month transformation of Shinsei Bank in Japan which lead to revenue growth of USD$500M. As Chief Innovation Officer for DBS Bank, Steve drove the innovation agenda that culminated in their $220+M investment in IBM Watson, DBS A*Star R&D Lab and Digital Banking. Steve also helped to build AIA Edge, Asia and Oceania's leading corporate Accelerator, making AIA the first insurance company to join the R3 blockchain consortium. Most recently, Steve created Gen.Life, a Silicon Valley based start-up that creates R&D capability for insurers in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Prior to joining RGA, Georgio worked for Philips Group Innovation as a principal scientist in clinical informatics and as a business director responsible for turning novel ideas into business concepts. His most recent experience was in Shanghai where he led a team of innovators who created connected care technologies. In that role he set up a framework for innovating within a business ecosystem to co-create a first-in-kind solution addressing unmet needs in coronary artery disease management.

Mr Shah is a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Mumbai office of The Boston Consulting Group. He leads the Insurance practice for BCG across the Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in the financial services space in Asia and specifically India. He is a member of the FICCI Insurance Committee and the CII Asset Management Committee in India. Alpesh has nearly 20 years of experience in Asia, a large part of that in India.
