Creating a LIMRA Account
Creating a LIMRA accout:
- To be eligible for a LIMRA.com user account, you must be an employee of the home/head office of a LIMRA member company.
- Go to LIMRA log in page.
- Choose your region. A map (or in mobile view, list of countries) appears the first time you go to the site.
- Click “Create Account”.
- Choose your company name from the list. If it isn’t there, click “I Can’t Find My Company…” at the bottom.
- Fill out the form with your information.
- Select which type of account you would like to create based on your membership.

- From LOMA’s log-in page, click “Create Account” then click “I Agree” to LL Global’s Privacy Policy
- Enter your Organization/Company ID in the first field. (Note: this field is not required, but you must enter a valid Organization/Company ID to receive any member discounts or access to special courses.)
- Enter a login ID and password that you will use when accessing this site. Your login ID must be at least four characters long.
Complete all remaining fields. All fields that contain an * (asterisk) are required for registration. - For the “Work Information” section, click “Select” to enter all required work information fields.
- Click “Save” after this information is entered to return to the main registration screen.
- Review the terms of use at the bottom of the screen then check “I Agree” to note your acceptance of these terms.
- Click “Create” to complete your registration.
Reset LIMRA Password
To reset your LIMRA.com password: navigate to the password reset page and follow the prompts.
Reset LOMA Password
To reset your LOMA password:
- Log in to LOMA’s learning system
- From the “Home” page, hover over your initials in the top right corner of the screen
- Click “Account” in the dropdown menu that appears under your initials
- Click on the “Edit Password” button that appears under the “Account” navigation bar
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Click Save

LIMRA Compliance Training
The AML base course takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. Renewal AML courses take approximately 25 minutes to complete. Best Interest course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
You will not be able to self-enroll for training. A carrier must submit an enrollment to LIMRA in order for you to complete the training.
Accessing the website

- Username: For most people, your Username is your National Producer Number (NPN). If you do not know your NPN and would like to look it up, please visit the National Insurance Producer Registry's website.
- Password First-Time Users: Your initial password is your last name (lower-case letters). Please be sure to include any spaces or special characters like apostrophes and hyphens.
- Password Returning Users:

Successful completion
The home page states the percentage of the course you have completed. When your progress is 100%, you have completed the entire course. You will not receive a paper certificate of your completion of the course. You are not required to notify the carrier when you complete the training course. LIMRA will provide the carrier that has enrolled you in the training a report with your completion.
