Criteria

Recipients of this badge completed the 10 modules of the Trustworthy Selling curriculum and passed a 50-question assessment on Trustworthy Selling concepts. 

Trustworthy Selling Certified Facilitator

The Trustworthy Selling Facilitator Certification is a multi-step process that teaches participants about their role as a Trustworthy Selling facilitator and familiarizes them with the content and flow of the curriculum. It provides an understanding of the core concepts and their critical connection points found throughout the program. In order to be certified, facilitators must deliver a module of the program and demonstrate appropriate use of the materials, facilitation of the concepts, and application of the adult learning and facilitation best practices.

  • Self-paced elearnings that detail the Trustworthy Selling program background, core concepts, and foundational elements of the Trustworthy Selling curriculum
  • Live facilitation demonstration of a Trustworthy Selling module

Trustworthy Selling Certified Coach

The Trustworthy Selling Coach the Coach program teaches participants how to support and enrich the core Trustworthy Selling concepts and skills through one-on-one coaching. As an outcome of this course, participants are equipped with the tools and know-how to reinforce and refine the skill development of Trustworthy Selling participants. In addition, participants learn how to capitalize on the selling style insights obtained from LIMRA"s Personality Styles Profile to individualize the coaching experience for maximum impact. 

Criteria

Recipients of this badge completed Trustworthy Selling as a student and self-paced elearnings.

Trustworthy Selling Master Trainer

The Master Trainer Certification process develops company Master Trainers who can then train and certify other company trainers to competently deliver the Trustworthy Selling program and to certify field managers to coach participants of the Trustworthy Selling program. This certification incorporates the Trustworthy Selling Facilitator Certification process and equips Master Trainers with the know-how to launch the next generation of Trustworthy Selling facilitators and coaches. 

Criteria

Recipients of this badge completed Trustworthy Selling Facilitator Certification:

  • Self-paced elearnings that detail the Trustworthy Selling program background, core concepts and foundational elements of the Trustworthy Selling curriculum
  • Live facilitation demonstration of a Trustworthy Selling module

In addition, they must have:

  • Successfully delivered the entire Trustworthy Selling program a minimum of five times and received an average rating of 4.5 out of 6.0 with a minimum response rate of 30% on the Level 1 course evaluations
  • Passed the 50-question assessment on Trustworthy Selling concepts
  • Addended and passed the Master Trainers Demo session
  • Attended Best Practices for Trustworthy Selling Preview Day Session (for those certifying Trustworthy Selling coaches)
